Cookie Policy — exonis.ai

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit store in your browser’s memory, to be sent back to those same sites on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (e.g. the browser’s local storage, localStorage) allow information to be stored locally on the User’s device.

Cookies are divided into first-party cookies (installed by the site owner) and third-party cookies (installed by parties external to the site). The responsibility and management of first-party cookies is assumed by the Owner of this site, Ehilab S.r.l., Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 30, Bari (VAT 08236740729), and falls within its Privacy Policy.

What tools are present on this Site

The www.exonis.ai site is a static site, designed to minimise data processing. As of now:

Technical/functional storage (not subject to consent). The Site uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage) for a single technical purpose: to remember the language preference chosen by the User, so as to display the correct language version on subsequent visits. This is a tool strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the User (the choice of language) and, as such, does not require prior consent. It does not allow the User to be identified or their behaviour to be tracked.

No profiling or third-party tracking cookies. As of now, the Site does not use profiling cookies, third-party statistical analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising pixels (e.g. Meta/Facebook pixel), or social network widgets/buttons that install third-party cookies.

Navigation data. Technical navigation data (e.g. IP addresses, generated by the normal Internet protocols and by the hosting infrastructure logs) are processed as described in the Privacy Policy, for operation and security purposes, and do not constitute profiling.

Future developments

Should the Owner in the future introduce a visit-analytics tool or other tools involving cookies or technologies subject to consent, this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required by law, a suitable consent banner will be provided, allowing the different categories to be accepted or refused. Until then, no tools subject to consent are installed on the Site.

Managing preferences through your browser

The User can manage or delete cookies and local storage data directly from their browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera). Instructions can be found in the “Help” section of the browser used.

Exercising your rights and contacts

For any request for information or to exercise your rights, the User may write to privacy@exonis.ai. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
